On the sixth day of Nowrouz 1401, my family and I traveled to the city of Kashan to have a holiday visit to my aunt’s villa. I packed my essentials, like the tablet, charger, and Wi-Fi modem, at 5:30 pm. We left home in our car at 6 pm. During the road, I played energetic English podcasts and Persian music to cheer up the atmosphere. At 9:15 pm, when we arrived in Kashan, I used Google maps to find the exact location of my aunt’s house. Their vila was actually outside the prominent and ancient land of the city. We talked briefly with the hosts, then we ate a delicious dinner at 10:15 pm. Afterward, my cousin and I decided to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home, released in 2021. It was such an entertaining film and reminded us of our memories of the original Spider-Man, acted by Tobey Maguire. After 15 mins of watching, my cousin fell asleep, and I just watched the next 10 mins of it.
Around 9 a.m., I ate enough breakfast and more than I usually do in the morning. After that, we decided to visit some historical places in the town with my uncle and his family. Firstly we went to the Tabatabaee’s house, which was opened in 1881. In the below photo, you can see this fantastic house.
When we were there, a young musical band was singing songs about the spring season and the Persian new year. We took some beautiful photos and selfies together. For the second destination, we chose Niyasar’s fall, which is 31 km away from the central city. My father gave me the wheel to drive the car and follow my uncle’s car. While I was driving, my lovely little cousins took their heads out of their vehicles and watched me as it was surprising for them to see me driving. At about 14:30, my aunt invited us to a launch in a classical restaurant. She ordered two plates of food full of different kebabs and chicken. As you see, it was tasty food, and you missed it.
When we returned to their villa, I decided to watch the rest of the movie with my cousin. I packed up my stuff an hour later and traveled back to Tehran. On the way back, at 8 pm, we stopped by the Mahtab rest area, a newly constructed one on Khalij Fars freeway. We visited its shopping and bought a souvenir for my grandmother.
Finally, I enjoyed this one-day trip to the city of Kashan with my parents.
